J.R. Vernick founded RDS in 2005 after a successful career in sales and management at Qwest Communications. He managed premier accounts and was a perennial Qwest President’s Club winner and top producer. J.R. built a reputation with his clients as an invaluable resource and trusted advisor and founded RDS under those principals. With more than 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, J.R. currently serves as Managing Partner at RDS, overseeing day-to-day operations and sales efforts. J.R. is a graduate of Stockton University with a B.S. in Business Management.
Darren joined RDS as a partner in 2006 and currently serves as Managing Partner. Darren began his career in accounting and finance at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LP in Manhattan. He earned a B.S. in Accounting from Stockton University and is also a Certified Public Accountant. Just prior to RDS, Darren was a top revenue producer and perennial President’s Club honoree at Thomson Reuters servicing hedge funds, trading firms, and investment banks. As Managing Partner, Darren shares responsibility for RDS’s global vision, expansion, and brand. This includes the Sales and Operations organizations and the ongoing strategy for growth and retention of the RDS client base.
Bina heads up the Customer Service Helpdesk Team for post-sales support on all types of issues for services installed and/or supported by RDS for our customers. She has prior experience in the telecommunications industry as a Programmer/Analyst and a Product Manager. Bina earned her B.S. in Computer Science at Rowan University (formerly Glassboro State College).
Paul joined RDS as Vice President of Technology in 2011 to lead the company’s engineering efforts and technical strategy. Leveraging over 20 years of industry experience, he provides carrier agnostic network design and recommendations. Prior to RDS, Paul held engineering and management roles for service providers and enterprises. Paul has an MBA in Technology Management and earned his bachelor’s degree from The College of New Jersey.
Kyle joined RDS in 2010 and currently serves as the Director of Operations. He is currently responsible for all project management, implementation, and sales operations efforts at RDS. Kyle is a graduate of York College of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Business Management specialized in Sports. He found his way into Telecommunications after a three year stint with the New Jersey Devils working with senior management.
